Initiation Stage
Our initiation course is the ideal gateway to the world of free flight. Over 5 days in the exceptional setting of Digne-les-Bains, you will learn the fundamentals: ground handling on the training slope, theoretical knowledge of aerodynamics and meteorology, and your first solo flights under close instructor supervision.
The Haute-Provence region offers perfect learning conditions with its reliable thermals, gentle slopes and wide open landing fields. Our FFVL-certified instructors adapt the pace to each participant so that everyone can progress with confidence.
By the end of the course you will master the basics of take-off, flight and landing, and you may work toward the FFVL Initial certificate — your first milestone as an independent pilot.

Prerequisites
No prior experience required. Minimum age 14 (parental consent required for minors).
